Our Corporate Environmental Health and Safety program ensures compliance with state/national health and safety regulations as well as best practices to minimise the occurrence of accidents and provide a safe working environment for our employees and third parties.
To ensure our quality control and quality assurance system meets global standards. We are working to subscribe to ISO9001, 14001 and OSHAS 18001, which are international safety, quality and environmental standards that support safe and healthy environment in the oil and gas industry.

We recognise the fundamental role that a viable and competitive oil and gas sector plays in the economic development of Nigeria, as such our local content strategy has been integrated with the national local content framework developed by the Nigeria Content Development and Monitoring Board.
Value Exchange is geared towards maximizing local content whilst at the same time upholding highest technical standard in all our operations. This we believe is an ideal way of promoting value exchange and leaving no one behind.
The objective of our local content strategy is to create in country capacity in compliance with the Nigerian Local Content Act. This we intend to achieve via local and international human capital development.
ENVIRONMENT
Our environmental policy sets out how we comply with all applicable laws and regulations addressing the environment and our commitment to operating in a manner that protects the environment.
Value Exchange’s policy commits to reducing our impact on the environment through:
- Mitigating climate change through cleaner energy, where practicable, and managing emissions effectively
